Tom Gariepy, grant writer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County Florida, first reached out to us in January 2021. We sent him 500 assorted books to share with their 5 neighborhood Clubhouses and 16 Clubs – mostly based in the public schools and serving children in grades K-12. Soon after, we received a very large donation of Ransom Riggs’ The Conference of the Birds, and sent him 14 boxes so they could send one home with every 5th grader!
